Happy New Year to all our customers and friends. We had a great 2010 and want to thank you for your business. We undertook a huge range of projects last year, both networking and support, as well as launching our new website and Facebook and Twitter pages. We won’t inundate you with information but will give you fantastic top tips and IT industry news as well as some chat about what’s happening in and around our office – you may even be amused!

And what’s more, we moved office (only across the corridor however!) and had another Microsoft Technology Specialist join the company… Adam Burton. We take our status as Certified Partner of Microsoft very seriously and always ensure our training is completely up-to-date so you can be totally confident in using our services.

So what will we be up to in 2011? We support in excess of 200 clients, remotely wherever possible to save you time and money, and have a number of networking jobs in the pipeline. We will continue to convert clients to Windows 7 and Office 2010 – both have many brilliant and useful features. We are gradually replacing our support contracts with flexible Managed Service Contracts with a fixed monthly fee. Depending on your requirements, there are 2 options “Virtual IT” for an on-site and remote provision or “Virtual Helpdesk” if remote support is sufficient – see our newsletter next month for further details. We constantly keep pace with what’s happening in the IT market place so we can offer the best solutions for your IT needs, maybe it will be “Cloud” computing for you in 2011?
